Welcome to Hodge Hill Pantry!
Your Local Pantry in Hodge Hill launched in April 2021.
For a small weekly subscription of £4, members of the Hodge Hill Pantry are able to purchase a weekly food shop including fresh fruit and vegetables and family favourites to stock up the cupboard and fridge.
People from Open Door Community Foundation and Hodge Hill Church have come together to host and run this pantry. During the Covid-19 pandemic, they both realised the enormity of food poverty in the community and the importance of people having access to good quality and affordable food. But also, just as importantly they realised the importance of access to community, friendship, and support.
