Complaints and Compliments

At Your Local Pantry we aim to provide the highest level and quality of service to our members and partners in accordance with our values. 

We do recognise that from time to time, members or partners may not be satisfied with their experience and may wish to raise a complaint. 

Complaints and compliments help us to improve our services, communication and other aspects of our work. We therefore aim to: 

  • Ensure that making a complaint is straightforward. 
  • Treat complaints seriously. 
  • Deal with complaints promptly and in confidence. 
  • Learn from complaints and use them to review and improve our working practice.
