Stockport Your Local Pantries are passionate about providing affordable food to people across Stockport, the social supermarket has expanded its offer by signing up to Bounceback Food CIC’s Nutrition portal.
Bounceback Food CIC take a sustainable approach to tackling food poverty by providing all their partner charities with free access to a Cooking & Nutrition Portal.
The portal has hundreds of exciting recipes, cooking tips, budgeting advice, an interactive meal planner and a section dedicated to growing your own fruit, vegetables and herbs.
Pantry members will now be able to access this portal free of charge.
Your Local Pantry is a network of affordable community food stores, creating a sustainable and long – term solution to food poverty whilst helping the UK save money on their food bills. Pantries knit neighbourhoods together, tackling social isolation whilst also tackling food waste.
