Fresh Start Pantry provides both - and so much more!
If you become a member, you will pay just £5 each time you visit, and in return you can access food worth far, far more - typically saving £27 a week. You’ll always find a wide selection, including fresh, frozen and long-life options, fruit and veg, family favourites and non-food essentials.
This is one of 120 Pantries all over the UK. They’re amazing places! Pantries bring people together around food, soften the impact of high living costs, reduce your shopping bills and give people some much-needed financial wriggle room. They’re also places for local people to meet and chat, lighten the load together, and share ideas that can start making change happen.

Fresh Start Pantry accepts applications from residents in Pilton, Muirhouse, Granton and Drylaw. We do not cover the whole of North Edinburgh and we do not go by postcodes alone. Please note your application will be declined if you are not in our geographical area. There is another pantry in Muirhouse, if you live closer to this Pantry, you will be directed to join this one.
